Whet Your Palette: Black & White Exhibit Opening

The subject and medium is up to you as long as work is in black and white.  We are planning a month-long display/exhibit to coincide and occur at the end of the show dates, so sculpture or other medium that needs pedestal display may be more limited.

Art Walk

The Artful Lawyer Gallery will remain open for the downtown Friday Art Walk!  We will also have a special installation from the Harding Avenue Elementary What’s on Stage students that we did not have on display during our Whet Your Palette. The installation, which illustrates this year’s WOS theme Putting It Together, is a jazz ensemble instrument piece that the students are preparing for the Moss Jazz Outreach event on Duke Ellington.  The installation will remain on exhibit with our Cartoons theme until April 6.

Stop in to our Gallery and visit our Cartoons and Pop Art exhibit and see what’s new and on sale in The Gallery Store.  For the full list of participating galleries, please visit http://www.downtownblacksburg.com/art_at_market.aspx or https://www.facebook.com/BlacksburgArtWalks/
